Background
Raising Cane’s is currently under construction in Victory Village and they have indicated that they would like to have outdoor dining at this location. Outdoor dining requires a conditional use permit, and this request will be considered an amendment to their current conditional use permit. While this item did not go to the Planning Commission for approval, a notice of this meeting was sent out to the adjacent property owners. Being as this building is in the Victory Village commercial area there are no residential areas in close proximity to this use.
Conditional Use Permit
The site plan provided indicates there will be two tables with four seats at each table located on the north side of the building adjacent to the entrance to the restaurant. A landscape plan indicates there will be a row of boxwoods and junipers to delineate the seating/entrance area and provide separation from the drive aisles and parking areas.
All conditions listed are those that have been included with other outdoor dining conditional use permits.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Resolution.
