Background
Hazem Alzamara, applicant, has applied for a tobacco and tobacco products license for Super USA Gas Plus Inc., located at 12080 Central Avenue NE. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and paying associated fees. The previous license holder had notified the City that they were closing.
The Blaine Police Department is conducting a background investigation, issuance of the license is contingent upon background. If approved, the tobacco license will be effective through December 31, 2022.
