Executive Summary
Staff requests Council approval of the 2022 payment of $53,040 for the above referenced contract pursuant to the Blaine City Charter section 6.05, which requires City Council approval of all purchases or contracts more than $50,000.
Background
Regarding the agreement, the City is entering the fourth year of a five-year software contract with Intuitive Municipal Solutions (iMS). The iMS software is a suite of products used to automate and manage Planning and Zoning, Building and Fire Inspections, Housing and Neighborhood Services, Business and Rental Licenses and Code Enforcement.
