Executive Summary
Council is requested to delegate to the Finance Director the authority to make electronic funds transfers (EFT) on behalf of the city.
Background
In 2019 the City adopted its Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Policy, per Minnesota Statute 471.38. Pursuant to this policy the City Council annually delegates the authority to make EFT’s to the City’s Finance Director.
