Background
Aquatore Shelter Replacements - Construction set to start the week of September 27th.
Austin Park Courts - The courts have been replaced and are back open for use.
Sunrise Trail and Happy Acres projects are working out final details with the watershed.
Monument signs at Lexington Athletic Complex and Blaine Wetland Sanctuary will be designed and constructed by Albrecht Companies out of Roseville. We are waiting on the shop drawings.
We sent out a RFP for the Blaine Wetland Sanctuary Shelter and Restroom facility. We met with the architect who designed the Lakeside Commons Park Shelter and buildings to discuss some possible concepts and design of the site.
Band shell update - We will send out a RFP for a consultant In October.
2021 Shelter rentals - We have had 180 shelter rentals this year.

World Fest recap - The event was on September 11th and attendance was around 275. The Mayor spoke at the event and we had various dance groups along with food vendors.
Looking ahead to October we will be discussing the 5 year budgets and the projects that are planned for 2022 to 2026.
