Executive Summary
This is a request from Wellington Management to release an old development agreement from the title for the North Meadows development. The old development agreement no longer applies to the land on which North Meadows is located.

The City is requested to release specific lots from recorded development agreements on a fairly regular basis. In this instance, the owner of North Meadows has requested that the City release Outlot C, Sunrise Oaks from the recorded development agreement.
The City Council must adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the release.

WHEREAS, Outlot C, Sunrise Oaks, is subject to a recorded Development Agreement and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the City to release said lot from the recorded development agreement recorded as Document No. 1163093.0 Abstract and;
WHEREAS, the City has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lot and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents releasing said Development Agreement for the following described property:
Outlot C, Sunrise Oaks
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Blaine this 7th day of June, 2021.
