PAYMENT TO INTUITIVE MUNICIPAL SOLUTIONS FOR SOFTWARE LICENSE, CLOUD HOSTING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR 2021
Background
Staff requests Council approval of the 2021 payment of $52,000 for the above referenced contract pursuant to the Blaine City Charter section 6.05, which requires City Council approval of all purchases or contracts in excess of $50,000.
With regard to the agreement, the City is entering the third year of a five-year software contract with Intuitive Municipal Solutions (iMS), The iMS software is a suite of products used to automate and manage Planning and Zoning, Building and Fire Inspections, Housing and Neighborhood Services, Business and Rental Licenses and Code Enforcement.
