The city is requested to release specific lots from recorded development agreements on a fairly regular basis. In this instance, the developer of Lexington Meadows has requested that the city release Lot 1, Block 1, Lexington Meadows from the recorded development agreement of Lexington Meadows.
The lot in question is where the Dominium apartment building is located. All of the development agreement responsibilities for this lot have been met and the lot can be released from such agreement.
The City Council must adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the release.

By motion, approve the Resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 1, Lexington Meadows, Anoka County, Minnesota is subject to recorded Development Agreements and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the city to release said lot from the recorded development agreement recorded as Document No. 2211134.007 and;
WHEREAS, the city has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lot and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents releasing said Development Agreement for the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, LEXINGTON MEADOWS, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
