Background
The city is requested to release specific lots from recorded development agreements on a fairly regular basis. In this instance, the developer of Lexington Meadows 2nd Addition has requested that the city release Lot 1, Block 1, Lexington Meadows 2nd Addition from the recorded development agreement of Lexington Meadows 2nd Addition. The lot in question is being purchased by Kwik Trip. All of the development agreement responsibilities for this lot have been met and the lot can be released. Kwik Trip will submit a Site Improvement Performance Agreement and financial guarantee to cover the cost of the site work specific to this lot prior to any work being performed on this site.
The City Council must adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the release.

By motion, approve the Resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, Outlot A, Lexington Meadows, and Lot 1, Block 1, Lexington Meadows 2nd Addition, Anoka County, is subject to recorded Development Agreements and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the city to release said lots from the recorded development agreements recorded as Document No. 2211134.007 and Document No. 2240460.004 and;
WHEREAS, the city has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lots and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents releasing said Development Agreement for the following described property:
Outlot A, Lexington Meadows, Anoka County, Minnesota
AND
Lot 1, Block 1, Lexington Meadows 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota.
