Background

Cathleen Sullivan, applicant for St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for St. Timothy’s annual Valentine’s Day dinner to be held at 707 - 89^th Avenue NE February 1, 2020 from 6PM to 9PM.

The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.  They expect approximately 125 people attend the event.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for St. Timothy’s annual Valentine’s Day dinner on February 1, 2020.
