Background
A petition received dated September 13, 2019, was submitted to the City by Greg Knutson of G.E. Knutson, Inc., requesting the vacation of drainage and utility easements on Lot 1, Block 1, DeMatts Addition and Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, DeMatts Second Addition to allow for re-platting into the South Terrace Cove project. The Engineering Department reviewed this request and concurred with the vacation and City Council adopted Resolution 19-173 on November 4, 2019. This item is returning to Council because the Notice was not posted publicly in the paper which is a required step. Notice has been posted as per the required process.

Recommendation
Hold public hearing and take any public comment. Should Council wish to reconsider approval of the vacation of drainage and utility easement adopted November 4 based on any public comment a motion to rescind could be offered. Otherwise Council is asked to confirm adoption of Resolution 19-173.
