Background

This action is to appoint the City Manager, Michelle A. Wolfe, as the Executive Director of the Blaine Economic Development Authority.

Approve the attached resolution

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissions (the “Board) of the Blaine Economic Development Authority (the “EDA”), as follows:

WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority of the City of Blaine has been duly organized in accordance with Minnesota Statutes; and

WHEREAS, to provide for the operation of the organization the position of Executive Director has been established; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Blaine Economic Development Authority, City of Blaine, Minnesota, that effective immediately, Michelle A. Wolfe is hereby appointed Executive Director.
