AUTHORIZE DISTRIBUTION OF BICYCLES

Background

By Statue Council must accept any property prior to authorizing distribution.  Police currently has approximately 70 bikes that will be given to a charitable organization to distribute to those in need within the metro area.  The bikes are valued at a total of $400.

Recommendation

By motion accept property and authorize donation of 70 bikes to a charitable organization.
