Background
Peter Jesh, applicant, 12178 Dunkirk Street, Blaine, MN 55449, has submitted an application for a tobacco and tobacco products license for Naples Wine and Spirits LLC, 3453 Lake Drive NE #135. The applicant is the property owner and has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license. The Certificate of Occupancy Walk-Through Permit by the Building Inspections and Fire Departments has been approved.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a tobacco and tobacco products license for Naples Wine and Spirits, LLC, 3453 Lake Drive NE #135.
