APPROVE A TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS LICENSE FOR NOVA WAY, LLC DBA NOVA WAY FOOD & FUEL, 601 125 AVE NE
Background
Dayaa Elnagar, applicant, 10900 Xeon Street, Coon Rapids, MN 55433, has submitted an application for a tobacco and tobacco products license for the Nova Way, LLC dba Nova Way Food & Fuel at 601 125 Avenue NE (currently Neighbor Stop/Marathon Gas). The applicant is the property owner and has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license. Approval of the tobacco license will be contingent a Certificate of Occupancy Walk-Through Permit by the Building Inspections and Fire Departments.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a tobacco and tobacco products license for Nova Way, LLC dba Nova Way Food & Fuel at 601 125 Avenue NE.
