2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UPDATE

 

Background

The City of Blaine has initiated a large number of Capital Improvement Projects in 2019.  The purpose of this item is to provide an update to the City Council on the status of all these projects including: project summary, budget, schedule, and potential issues. 

 

Attached are written project updates for all Public Works Capital Improvement Projects in excess of $1M.  These one page updates are intended to give the Council a very high level overview of each project including; milestones, issues, general schedule, and a budget summary.

 

Written project updates are being provided for:

                     Water Treatment Plant 4

                     Well House Improvements

                     SCADA Improvements and Lift Station Upgrades

                     Tournament Players Parkway

                     Lever St Area Improvements

                     Cloverleaf Parkway Improvements

                     Jefferson St Improvements

                     Meter Replacement Project

                     Pheasant Ridge Parkway

                     Lever St - North of 125th

                     CR14 - Lexington to Opal, Including Lever St Signal

                     City Hall/Police Department Remodel and Third Floor Finish

                     Mary Ann Young Center

 

Staff will be prepared to go provide additional detail and answer questions on any of these projects at the Workshop.
