CITY MANAGER SEARCH PROCESS - SEMIFINALISTS REVIEW
Background
Strategic Government Resources (SGR), the City’s consultant conducting the executive search for the next Blaine City Manager, will be conducting the review of City Manager semifinalist candidates with the City Council. With some technology upgrades scheduled for that week, the meeting will take place in either the City Manager Conference Room or the Sanctuary Conference Room.
Prior to the Workshop, Council will have reviewed a fair amount of information and data that SGR will provide on each of the candidates. Council should come prepared to quickly work through the process and discussion with SGR such that, by the end of the meeting, Council will have selected three to five candidates as finalists.
