REVIEW OF TRAFFIC DATA ON MARMON STREET
Background
At the commission meeting on December 4 staff and commission discussed the traffic on Marmon Street in the 10500 block. Staff was able to collect additional data at 10605 Marmon Street by placing the tube counters from April 16-18. The results of the data show the 85% at 30mph for the northbound traffic and 28mph for the southbound traffic. The volume was also recorded and shows approximately 1,130 vehicles per day. Attached to the item are some previous counts staff has taken over the past several years
Recommendation
Staff recommends that traffic continue to be monitored as traffic shifts occur with the 35W MNPASS lane project.
