Background

Bruce Niemi, applicant for Sgt. John Rice VFW, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for a 4^th of July celebration to be held at 1374 109^th Avenue NE from 12PM to 8:00PM on July 4, 2019.

The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Approximately 100 people are expected to attend the event.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Sgt. John Rice VFW, 1374 109th Avenue NE, to be held on July 4, 2019.
