Title
APPROVE 2019 STORMWATER AND SEWER ENTERPRISE FUNDS CAPITAL EQUIPMENT PURCHASES IN THE AMOUNT OF $344,782.30
Background
Staff is requesting Council approval for the purchase of the following capital equipment items budgeted and approved by the City Council in the 2019 Capital Equipment budgets. All the equipment listed will be purchased through the State Cooperative Purchasing Program from various vendors. In total, sufficient funding was appropriated in the Capital Equipment budgets for the selected equipment.
The Storm Water Fund street sweepings storage building will be brought forward at a later date once additional site investigation is completed.
Specialized equipment trucks are typically ordered in two parts, the Cab & Chassis first to account for long production lead times, then the body and equipment later.
