Title
APPROVE OUTSTANDING 2019 ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWALS
Background
At the December 6, 2018, meeting Council approved the 2019 license renewals with the exception of the following two tobacco license renewals:
- MPA, Inc., dba Fast Trip, 9850 Polk Street
- Trjam, Inc., dba Gas & More Convenience Store, 1444 93rd Lane NE
Staff had requested that license renewal consideration for these two locations be postponed in order to confirm information with the Minnesota Department of Revenue and after review all City Code requirements have been met and renewal fees have been deposited with the City. The City Council has the authority to approve or deny any of these licenses for reasons outlined in City Code.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the remaining 2019 license renewals, MPA, Inc., dba Fast Trip, 9850 Polk Street and Trjam, Inc., dba Gas & More Convenience Store, 1444 93rd Lane NE.
