Background
Donald Zietlow, applicant for Kwik Trip #1014 has submitted applications for a 3.2 percent malt liquor off-sale license and tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco-related device license located at 12260 Fraizer Street NE, Blaine, Minnesota. The applicant has submitted completed application materials, certificate of insurance including liquor liability, and the appropriate license fees.
The Police Department’s background check was successful. The licenses will be issued upon completion of the fire inspection and Certificate of Occupancy.
All required information will be submitted to the Department of Public Safety Alcohol and Gambling and the Minnesota Revenue Department upon approval of by the Council.
Recommendation
Hold a public hearing as required by ordinance prior to issuance of any liquor license, receive input, then approve issuance of the 3.2 percent malt liquor off-sale license and tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco-related device license for Kwik Trip #1014, 12260 Fraizer Street NE, Blaine, Minnesota.
