COMMUNICATIONS PLAN
Background
At the end of September, a Communications Coordinator was hired. The communications team has completed a review of current communications practices and met with peer cities to learn how other cities are operating.
The communications team is ready to begin working on the creation of a strategic communications plan. This plan will give direction to all communication efforts and methods used by the City now and in the future.
Recommendation
Give direction and input regarding the creation of a strategic communications plan.
