APPROVE A TEMPORARY ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SGT. JOHN RICE VFW, 1374 109TH AVENUE NE, BLAINE
Background
Gary Exley, applicant for Sgt. John Rice VFW, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for a 4th of July celebration to be held at 1374 109th Avenue NE from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on July 4, 2018.
The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event. The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.
Approximately 100 people are expected to attend the event.
A Special Event License will also be issued as they will be having live music from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

By motion, approve a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Sgt. John Rice VFW, 1374 109th Avenue NE, to be held on July 4, 2018.
