LOCAL ROAD RESEARCH BOARD PRESENTATION ON “ADDRESSING CITIZEN REQUESTS FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY CONCERNS”

Background

The City received the attached report from MNDOT in February of 2018 and it was included in our May 1, 2018 Traffic Commission agenda.  The December 2017 report on “Addressing Citizen Requests for Traffic Safety Concerns” was prepared by the Local Road Research Board, which is sponsored by MNDOT.  Tom Sachi from SRF was the main writer of the document and has a presentation for you on the final report.  The report is a best practice approach to addressing citizen requests for traffic safety concerns such as signage and pavement markings.
