ACCEPT QUOTE FOR 2018 NEWSLETTER PRINTING SERVICES
Background
City Staff received four quotes for print services for the 2018 City newsletter. In the past the City has used both John Roberts Printing in Coon Rapids and Nystrom Printing in Maple Grove. The quotes received are as follows:
Johnson Lithographic, Eau Clare, WI $28,260.00
John Roberts Printing, Coon Rapids, MN $28,794.00
Bromley Printing, Coon Rapids, MN $33,679.60
Nystrom Printing, Maple Grove, MN $37,448.66
Johnson Lithographic in Eau Clare, Wisconsin is the low quote by $534. The City has used John Roberts for a number of years and has a very good working relationship with them. With a difference of only $534, Staff would prefer to continue working with John Roberts.
