Background

On June 6, 2017, the Engineering Department requested proposals for surveying services for the 105^th Avenue Reconstruction project from TH 65 to Radisson Road.  Two proposals were received and after review of the proposals, staff recommends acceptance of the proposal from WSB & Associates in the not-to-exceed amount of $122,930.  Also included in this agreement is contract administration assistance and traffic signal inspection.

This contract is part of the administrative costs included in the overall project budget and will be funded through the City’s Municipal State Aid funds, Pooled TIF, State Bonding, and City’s Water Utility Fund.

Recommendation

By motion, authorize the Mayor and City Manager to contract with WSB & Associates in the not-to-exceed amount of $122,930 for professional services for 105^th Avenue reconstruction project.
