Background
Jinzhong Wang, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Peony Ocean Spa, LLC located 11724 Ulysses Street NE Suite 120, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of his license. Fire inspection will be completed as part of the Certificate of Occupancy process. This license, if approved, would be valid for the 2017 calendar year and eligible for renewal in the fall.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Peony Ocean Spa, LLC located 11724 Ulysses Street NE Suite 120 contingent upon a fire inspection and Certificate of Occupancy.
