Background
The following have submitted an application for a vending truck license:

Blaine, MN 55449
The required $100 fee and all application materials to operate one vending truck within the City has been submitted. The applicants have complied with code requirements relative to liability insurance and have applied for a retail mobile food handler’s license through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of these licenses. The vending licenses shall be effective May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the 2017-2018 temporary vending truck licenses.
