Background
City Staff received three quotes for print services for the 2017 City newsletter. In the past the City has used both John Roberts Printing in Coon Rapids and Nystrom Printing in Maple Grove. The quotes received are as follows:
John Roberts Printing, Coon Rapids, MN $27,724.00
Johnson Lithographic, Eau Clare, WI $28,350.00
Nystrom Printing, Maple Grove, MN $35,561.12
John Roberts has the low quote and the City has a good working relationship with them.

By motion approve John Roberts as the printer for the 2017 Blaine City Connect newsletter.
