AUTHORIZE THREE YEAR CONTRACT WITH JIMMYS JOHNNYS, INC. FOR PORTABLE RESTROOM SERVICES IN CITY PARKS
Background
Staff has requested proposals to provide portable restroom services for our City Park locations. The requested proposals were for a three year contract and include weekly service, emergency service and handicapped facilities. The vendor will provide portable restroom services from April through September in most parks while several parks will have portable restroom services run into October. The proposals are based on 55 regular units and 5 handicapped units. The City received three proposals:

Based on the number of emergency cleanings and additional services we request, the total cost for 2017 will be $20,000 - $22,000, which is a budgeted expense.
Recommendation
By motion, authorize three year contract with Jimmys Johnnys, Inc. for Portable Restroom services in City Parks and authorize Mayor and City Manager to sign contract.
