AUTHORIZE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH MCGOUGH FACILITY MANAGEMENT FOR CITY FACILITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,784

 

Background

The City has historically made use of a facility management firm to assist in managing and operating the maintenance activities of City Hall and other city facilities.   McGough Facility Management has been our facility manager since City Hall was built. 

 

In 2017 their management fee has increased 3% to $2,732 per month or $32,784 per year.  This is an agreement that will be put out for bids for 2018 as part of the City’s process of re-bidding city agreements to make sure we are getting good value in our agreements. 

 

Recommendation

Authorize Management Agreement with McGough Facility Management for 2017 in the amount of $32,784.
