A public hearing is scheduled for December 8, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. to discuss the City of Blaine and the Blaine EDA 2017 Tax Levies and 2017 General Fund and Operating Budgets. A staff presentation of the proposed tax levies and budgets will precede public input and comment.
