Background

Jenna Miller, applicant, 7347 116^th Place North, Champlin, MN, has submitted an application for an Amusement Device license at Glow In One Mini Golf, 12579 Central Avenue, Suite 230.  The applicant plans to have 1-2 amusement devices onsite in addition to the mini golf use and met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City. 

Consideration of the Conditional Use Permit for this use is also on the October 6, 2016 agenda and approval of an amusement device license is contingent upon approval of the Conditional Use Permit.

By motion, approve Amusement Device license for Glow In One Mini Golf, located at 12579 Central Avenue.
