Background
Iyad Sati, applicant, 13020 Deerwood Lane, Dayton, MN, has submitted an application for a tobacco and tobacco products license at Sati 1999, Inc. 10519 University Avenue NE, the former Hot Market. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City.
The license is contingent on receipt of articles of incorporation and by-laws, the Blaine Police Department conducting a successful background investigation and the applicant obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy.
