APPROVE 2015-2016 PRIVATE ON-SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
Background
All On-Sale and Sunday Liquor licenses expire on June 30, 2015. The following lists of establishments attached hereto have submitted renewal applications for their On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor and Sunday License for the license period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
Each applicant has met the license fee requirements by submitting the annual license fees in the amount of $5,500 for the On-Sale Liquor license and $200 for Sunday Liquor. All other code requirements have been met including a surety bond, dram shop insurance, and schedule of inspections by the Anoka County Community Health and Environmental Services Department is current.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the renewal of the 2015-2016 Private On-Sale and Sunday Liquor license applications.
