HARPERS PARK UPDATE
Background
Harpers Park will be developed this summer with completion by the fall of this year. Currently staff is putting out a Request for Proposal for consultant services to begin park designs to present to the Park Board and at the neighborhood meeting late February. Minnesota/Wisconsin Playground will be designing options for playground amenities, shelters, and other possible options to add to the park to fit within the budget. Once that is complete we will go out for bid for the park construction to begin by late May.

Playground: $60,000
Irrigations: $8,000
Construction: $130,000
Shelter: $10,000
Basketball Hoop: $3,000
Contingency: $14,000
TOTAL: $250,000
