APPROVE A THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE ENTERPRISE LICENSE

Background

The applicant, Guang Rong Deng, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License as the new owner of Heng Body Care Massage, formerly known as Heng Massage located at 1250 126^th Avenue NE, Blaine.   

Ms. Deng was recently approved for an Individual Therapeutic Massage license on August 15^th but is now applying for the Enterprise license as the new owner.  She has deposited the $150 Enterprise License fee and required documentation.  A recent background investigation was completed by the Blaine Police Department     

and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of this license.

Recommendation

By motion approve the issuance of a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Heng Body Care Massage, 1250 126^th Avenue NE, Blaine.
