Background
The applicant, Travis Stuflick, 11179 Edgewood Circle N, Champlin, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for an e-cigarette store located at 10995 Club West Pkwy, #600, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted the fee of $60.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
