Background
The applicant, Elias Saman, 12508 Norway Circle, Burnsville, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for Lexington Stop, LLC located at 8550 Lexington Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $60.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
