12530 ULYSSES STREET NE, BLAINE, MINNESOTA.
Background
A public hearing is required prior to the approval of a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license in the City of Blaine.
Corey Burstad, owner and applicant for Blucy's Roadside Restaurant, has submitted an application for a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for the facility located at 12530 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine, Minnesota. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, all required documentation and the license fee of $5700. The required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Blaine Police Department found nothing to prohibit the granting of a Private On-sale and Sunday Liquor License to Blucy's Roadside Restaurant.
The license application is also being presented at this time for approval.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval of the license by the Council.

Hold a public hearing to receive input regarding an On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for Blucy's Roadside Restaurant, located at 12530 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine, Minnesota.
