APPROVE INDIVIDUAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE LICENSE
Background
Staff received an application from Jamie Lanske, who was previously licensed in the city of Blaine in 2012 and worked for Massage Envy.
Ms. Lanske has submitted all required documentation, the license fee and a background investigation fee. Ms. Lanske will be re-employed with Massage Envy once her license is approved.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on the individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of their license.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Individual Therapeutic Massage license for Jamie Lanske.
