APPROVE 2013-2014 ON-SALE WINE LICENSE RENEWAL
Background
Wine licenses are renewable on July 1, 2013. Staff has received the following 2013-2014 Wine License renewal applications:

Dixie Blue Bar-B-Que, 2330 Cloud Drive #101, Blaine, MN

Noodles & Company, 10340 Baltimore St NE, #180, Blaine, MN

The applicants have deposited an annual license fee according to the fee schedule with the City. All other Code requirements have been met including surety bond, dram shop insurance, and inspection of the premises by the Anoka County Community Health and Environmental Services Department.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the 2013-2014 On-Sale Wine license renewals.
