Background
Off-sale liquor licenses are renewable on July 1, 2013. Staff has received the 2013-2014 license renewal applications from the following establishments:

Tournament Liquors,10901 Baltimore St NE, Blaine, MN

Blaine Liquor, 3453 Lake Drive, Circle Pines, MN

Each applicant has deposited an annual license fee in the amount of $200 with the City. All other City code requirements have been met including a surety bond and liquor liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the renewal of the 2013-2014 Off-Sale Liquor license applications.
