UP DATES ON PARK PROJECTS
Background
Legacy Creek Park
The bids for the Legacy Creek Park project will begin when we receive the record drawings from the developer. The record drawings are certified plat maps submitted to and recorded by the County and then sent to the City. Once we receive the drawings we can proceed with the bid documents. We can proceed with a neighborhood meeting for their playground choices next month.
Lexington Athletic Complex
The purchase agreement has been sign by both the City and developer, Paxmar. The closing on the 40 acre parcel is scheduled for June 30, 2012. Currently staff is working on RFP's for consultants for the design, specifications and bids documents of the project.
