Background

Yongping Jiang, applicant and owner, has completed the Therapeutic Massage Enterprise application showing his business has relocated from its current location of 3529 88^th Avenue NE to 1617 93^rd Lane NE.    The applicant's license was renewed at the December 19, 2013 City Council meeting.  Mr. Jiang has submitted a new application and attached accompanying documents.  No fees were charged for this change.

This license is valid for the 2014 calendar year and will be renewed in the fall.  

Recommendation

By motion, approve the address change for Moonlight Asian Massage from 3529 88^th Avenue NE to 1617 93^rd Lane NE, Blaine.
