APPROVE OF QUOTE TO REPLACE CARPET IN PORTION OF CITY HALL
Background
As part of our capital planning for the City Hall building, we have budgeted funds for replacement of carpet. This year we have identified the Police Department corridors and Building Inspections as the top areas for carpet replacement.
Staff has received three quotes for the replacement carpet:

Like our previous replacement carpet this is a high grade commercial weight and it is carpet tiles instead of a carpet roll.
This replacement is budgeted in our Public Buildings budget and the quotes are within the funds budgeted for this item
Recommendation
By motion, approve of the quote by St. Paul Carpet & Linoleum in the amount of $32,448 for replacement carpet in City Hall.
