Background
The applicant, Donald Zietlow, 1626 Oak Street, LaCrosse, WI has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for the new Kwik Trip store located at 8502 Central Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing a prorated fee of $30 with the City and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for Kwik Trip Inc., dba Kwik Trip #896, 8502 Central Avenue NE, Blaine.
