Background
The applicant, Nadeem Khalid, 5701 Quincy Street, Moundsview, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for NK Inc., dba Get-N-Go located at 8550 Lexington Avenue, Circle Pines. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing with the city a prorated fee of $60 for the rest of 2012 and all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for NK, Inc., dba Get-N-Go, 8550 Lexington Avenue, Circle Pines.
