ACCEPTING DONATION FROM ALERUS MORTGAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $100.00

Background

Alerus Mortgage (formerly RMG/ Residential Mortgage Group) has a charitable donation initiative program called "Refer a friend. Build your community."™ Every loan that Alerus Mortgage closes can result in up to $100 donated to Second Harvest Heartland, the school, police or fire department in their local community. The Blaine Police Department is in receipt of $100 donation check. The money will be forwarded to the Blaine Police Department Reserves Program and it will be used in support of their public safety efforts.

Recommendation

By motion, accept the donation from Alerus Mortgage and direct that it be forwarded to the Blaine Police Department Reserves Program.
